The coffee shop had great coffee too. However, I faced a few issues. Upon arrival, they had given my room away, forcing us to wait nearly two hours with kids. Room service was disappointing. many menu items weren’t available, which seemed like a staff reluctance to prepare food. The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired, with hair found even after cleaning. Wi-Fi was slow at times too, making it annoying to stay connected.
